Okay, how odd is it that yesterday someone searched “thaumaturgy urban fantasy” and stumbled on my prologue to Fidelis (third page when I Googled it myself), and today (without having come here and seen that) I’m working on Fidelis?  It wasn’t one of my friends, either.  They would have at least used “KD” or “Sarge.”

Last week a lady called me at work and apologized for doing so.  Apparently ALL the home numbers she had didn’t work. ?? says I.  “There are no home numbers.  Work and cell; I don’t need more than that.” Oh, she says, and goes on with the purpose of her call.  She wants to know
