That’s what BJ calls it, sitting and thinking and generally looking like you fell asleep with your eyes open. But it’s a great term for writers–drawn from “cogitation” which is, of course, thinking, and–well, knitting. Duh. It’s the tying of everything together, into one incredible, seamless, wonderful book. And I hope I’m doing it well.

When it comes to an angle to blog from, something to say about today, my mind is blank. Except for the word count, which is 24,088. Not flipping bad, if I do say so myself. But now, as usual, my eyes are crossing, and my computer seems to be breathing. Time for bed. Good night,

23,002 is the word count. And the complaint is the usual, that there is never enough time to write. Sigh. But I have to be up in six hours. So that’s all the complaining you get. Deal with it. 😉
