Write Faster, Write Better, the title promises. It might even be true. Much of the advice makes sense, anyway. Unfortunately I can’t try it out right now; what little writing time I have is dedicated to editing. Which…phew. This is a hard slog! Which only makes me that much more eager to try the methods
I’ve really about had it with editing. I want to write! But what I need to write now, needs heavy editing first. What I had of the first draft of Flame came to 15,366 words. I’ve already cut about 600. I love how that tightened up the first chapter! But it’s Joss that is beating
Yeah, so it’s only a wee bit under. It IS under. I cut 300 words tonight. I may have to ease up on the editing thing soon, though. All work and no creating makes KD bite things. I’ve heard that’s not very professional.
