Got It Done!

Got the fanfic done and posted. Only two comments so far, but I’m happy. I’ve disturbed them. Since I was writing from the POV of a psychopath, ‘disturbing’ is a compliment.

Wow, that was hard to write. Not only because Farf is a psycho, but also because he’s depicted–erratically–in the series. Many fanfic authors take the easy way out, and simply making him a constant raving lunatic, either slicing himself or others up, or in his straitjacket. I wanted to go a different route. After all, even psychos have good and bad days, right?

That, of course, got me into explaining why, without him understanding, because Farf knows he’s not sane, but he doesn’t see the insanity–

If you read it, feel free to tell me how sick I am, to be able to write that. It’s “safe,” there’s no sex in that one, though if you find you’d rather be in that alley with Farf than on the boat with Aya and Yohji, I’m going to say you’re far sicker than I am.
