Or so I hope, anyway. The list is long, the vacation getting shorter by the minute. Something needs to work.
So, in order of completion:
morning coffee (hey, it’s a requirement)
healthy breakfast (Yogurt Cheerios)
PubYe rounds
TSR rounds
Blog (in progress)
Watch for progress!
Get dressed. No task, however small, is a gimme today.
Cleaned out some long-overdue clutter. Didn’t manage to part with Chris’ favorite clothes, ragged as they are. Five years later, his shirt smells of dust and him, and I probably shouldn’t have gone into that bag as I no longer feel like doing anything but curling up in a small ball and crying.
Took out trash. It may need doing again later, as we clean up after the clean-up.
Took down some decorations. Advent calendar, stockings.
Mended some clothes. These are things I like, with small issues. For all other intents and purposes, I do not sew. Please bear this in mind. (If you had a swishy skirt, reversible, with one side being animal prints for when you felt the need, wouldn’t you mend a two-inch rip in the seam rather than toss it?)
Dishes, round one. Round two. Round three?
Cooked dinner.
Swept messy corners. One. Two. Three. I hate sweeping. So I’ll do it a bit at a time instead of not doing it EVER.
Edit. One scene. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight, and we stop due to Abandoning Brain Syndrome. Also, I’m starting to worry that I’m missing some of the middle of my story. Some thought may be in order.
Post a page of Melissa and Corindor to explain reference to friends. Page.
And that’s about it for me. I’ll spend maybe half an hour more bouncing about the internets, and then I’m off to bed. Not too bad…but I’ll hope to do better tomorrow.
Ever notice how a job expands to fill the time you give it?
*watches*
Luckily I brought some knitting. 😉
*hugs* Sometimes the clothes just has to stay. For up to 19 years. (I’ll let you know if my mom ever gets rid of it.) *hugs again*
*just have to stay.
I know English grammar. Really. >_>
