DSED Day…what is it, Five?

This is not going well. And yet, it is.

I’ve edited this book…three times now? But I’m finding stuff I never have before. I have a distance I never have before. I’m chopping stuff and changing that and it’s marvelous.

On the other hand, I have a week per MS if I’m going to pull this off, and on Day Five of Week One, I am…ten pages in.

Bah. Even if I fall in flames, this wild ride shall have been glorious.

I’ve changed Ben’s name. It was Benjamin, now it’s Shubendra. His mother married into the Alexander family and it was something of a scandal. And blond Jamie is now Weke. I’m working hard at getting culture in too, for those who know their culture. Ben especially should have that behind him, as his mother hasn’t forgotten.
