Ten new kids on a Monday morning, and I could care less. I mean, I did my job and I did it well, but normally ten new kids would have me climbing the walls. Not today. For once, I had a fantastic vacation.
Man, did I need that!
Bly-Bly is back in Ohio, and sorry she is. She really seems determined to move out here, and I couldn’t be happier. Though I do wonder if she does come where a visit from her isn’t an event–will I neglect her until she wanders off, as I’ve done to so many friends?
Let’s hope I’ve learned something over the years, shall we? Though come to think of it, she says she’ll happily cook/clean/chauffeur/chase Hope if it makes me produce more writing. So maybe she’d like to be neglected, as long as I keep sending chapters?
But I’ll try not to, anyway.
