Hope is angry. She was supposed to do her homework before she could watch TV today, and here it is 3:30 and her favorite show is on and her homework isn’t done. I suggested she work on it Friday night, she didn’t want to. I suggested she work on it yesterday, she didn’t want to. I told her at 6 last night that the TV would not come on today until she had completed it.
She said okay and went on watching TV.
I told her this morning. She played in her room. I suggested again when she came out and complained she was bored. She wanted to take a bath. I suggested when she got out of the bath.
Now she’s mad because she can’t watch her favorite show, and she wants to know why the whole world is against her.
Sigh.
