My roommate, who also hadn’t seen the movie, watched my kid so I could go see it, so she still hasn’t seen it so of course I’m not allowed to speak of it *gasps air* but I must speak of it because oh my Lork it was so very, very, VERY SHINY!!!!!!! and I can’t keep my mouth shut.
My brother asked me which part I loved best. OMG, how could I choose? But…wow. Just…wow.

Need Serenity stuff, need Serenity stuff…I want a necklace or something. I want to be instantly recognizable as a Browncoat without wearing a brown coat (or a clever hat) in Tucson in June. I want a bumper sticker. I want two bumper stickers. “Reavers ate my gorram ship” because I love it, and “Can’t stop the signal.” I want that in a magnet or three, also. So I can stick them up at work.
I want to go to TusCon in November and cosplay Kaylee. Not because she’s my favorite character, but because she’s the one I could do best. Shorter than the rest, more substantial (Joss asked Jewel Staite to put on twenty pounds for the role), perpetually sunny disposition–I can so do that.
