Just a wee bit more about “Do What You Love and You’ll Never Work a Day.” I mentioned this guy says that’s bad advice. I say, if you don’t want to do your favorite thing all the time because then it will be work and you won’t enjoy it as much…why do people get married?
Ahem. Moving on.
Speaking of never working a day, the new anthology is out! Writing Guardian was fun (once I got past the didn’t-want-to-MOVE part) and then we got to put the book together. I made the cover, out of some AWESOME finds on Flickr.†
And yes. There are times when I’d rather do anything than write, when having to write, needing to make that deadline, make me grumpy and desirous of setting things on fire. But as 1) I’m not five, 2) I do love to write, and 3) I love sharing my work but first there must be words, I just put my head down and bull on through.
Every single time, I love writing again pretty darn fast.
I hope you’ll go check out Under Her Protection. I might be a bit biased, but I’ll still say there’s some pretty darn good stories in there. Available on Kindle, Smashwords (in many file formats), and in print!
