What Am I Up To Lately?

Me? Oh, just unhappily meandering around not writing. WHY? I don’t even know. It’s not as if I had nothing I wanted to effing write!

No, actually, I do know why. Maybe. I think it’s because when I’m writing, that’s all I’m doing. I keep talking about learning to keep a writing/life balance, but I keep not making that balance happen. And there are things that just really gotta be done. Tons of things, actually. MEGAtons. And I’m overwhelmed, and just getting my brain back after being sick, and my kid’s being a highly stressful little…

So I wander around unhappily not writing. And the things stay undone. And the writing also stays undone.

Need to get better at this life thing, seriously.

Even the Score seems to be making people happy. 4.38 average out of five stars!

I’m sending a signed copy to Russia, because that’s where my Goodreads Giveaway winner is. It’s taking a while because it’s really hard to figure out HOW to send a book to Russia, apparently. Can’t I just shove money at someone? I keep wandering through FAQs and wondering what “dutiable goods” means. Does it mean a book? One, singular, free, signed book?

Apparently this involves a great deal of research.

So anyway, that and trying to keep my kid out of trouble and in school are taking up all my time of late. I will post a goals thingy for 2015, after I write some overdue guest posts for some lovely and hopefully extremely patient people. In the meantime, here are my fellow Turtleduckers, looking both forward and back.
